HOW TO CHOOSE

The questions families ask most.

01

How do I know where my swimmer should start?

It really depends on your timeline for becoming a safe swimmer. Our process and teaching method are the same whether you choose weekly lessons or First Float™.

02

What is the difference between the two programs?

First Float™ is simply a condensed version of the beginning of our weekly program, so the biggest benefit is that your swimmer will be able to roll and float in just 5 days.

03

Which program is right for my swimmer?

If there’s no rush, weekly lessons are a great option and you’ll learn the same foundational skills—just over a longer period of time. Weekly lessons are also the right starting point for swimmers who are already safe in the water and ready to learn or refine all four strokes. If you’d like your swimmer water-safe as quickly as possible, we’d recommend First Float™.
